The team at Simplyair really do live up to their reputation. The service, professionalism and attention to detail is Superior to most companies we encountered within the industry. At the first point of contact we were greeted by Tamara in the Ringwood Showroom, where we were welcomed with a lovely smile and a genuine interest to assist us with our requirements. After a brief discussion Tamara suggested we schedule an obligation free quotation at our home so that Walter could discuss all of our options with us and be in a position to offer us an accurate quotation based on all aspects associated with the supply and installation of our heating & cooling systems. Walter was efficient, reliable and very informative. He offered a fantastic solution suit to all of our requirements and was very reasonable with his quotation. Within 3 weeks of the quotation our new Ducted Heating & Refrigerated Cooling System was installed by Carl, Chris and Euan who were thorough, polite and efficient. It has been almost 2 months since we had our heating & cooling installed & given Melbourne’s weather we have used both systems already. Needless to say, we are very impressed with the service & the product supplied by Simplyair & highly recommend them to anyone seeking a solution to their heating & cooling needs.

Rod & his team did a fantastic job quoting, supplying & installing a new Actron Air ducted system at my home in Croydon.The Actron Air office recommended Simply Air when I was looking for a for a new system.From quoting right through to installation the service and attention to detail was top notch. Rod kept me up to date on progress and on install day all trades worked really well and did a very neat job.The unit is fantastic, great performance and ready for hot Melbourne summers and chilly winters.The Wi FI NEO controller looks very sleek and the user interface is one of the best I've seen after a lot of research.If you're in the market for a split or ducted system, maintenance or general Heating/Cooling work, Simply Air are simply fantastic. I have used Simply Air for over a decade now. They replaced an old evaporative cooling unit and then a gas ducted heating unit and just recently replaced both the above with a ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling system for my upstairs and a wall mounted reverse cycle heating/cooling unit for downstairs. The communication has always been outstanding (kudos Rod Ludlow) and the workmanship exceptional. Their trades people are always punctual, polite and friendly.

We recently purchased 2 Daikin split system reverse cycle air-conditioners. I obtained 3 quotes, two of whom were more interested in making a sale, while Rod from Simplyair patiently advised which model best suited our described requirements and even suggesting the best location to install the bedroom unit. The added bonus was that their price beat the other quotes by a significant margin. We promptly agreed on an installation date.Nick the Simplyair installer had proved to be meticulous in his workmanship and even vacuumed up the dust/dirt particles as well as using wet-wipes to remove any finger prints of the indoor units. A thoroughly competent tradesman who takes pride in his work. We even forgave him for his 3 failed appointments WITHOUT prior advice.Rod maintained a constant and timely update on all progress. Simplyair were a real pleasure to do business with and we whole- heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for good value anda competent transaction.

I look for and appreciate good service, and workmanship.I found Walter to be excellent in his communications in arriving at my extensive zoned ducted heating system upgrade.The old was completely removed system, and the new installation proceeded on schedule without a hitch thanks to an excellent team of guys. All mess was removed from site.Could not be happier with the final result. So much so, I went on to ask Walter to replace my in-roof evap cooler ducting which had deteriorated after 35 yrs. Walter made ducting design changes which resulted in greatly improved air flows to some previously poor outlets. A great result.Simplyair tick all the boxes.

I first came across Walter and his team via referral 10 years back and have had Simply Air install air con/heating services in our home and other properties. More recently, we have come across rogue contractors who have intentionally attempted to fabricate problems that didn't exist going as far as telling us we need a completely new unit quoting us in the thousands. These contractors sit on the panel of real estate agents who they recommend, specifically now with the new legislative changes property owners are exposed to unethical behaviour and can be taken advantage of. On 2 recent occasions now I had requested the agent contact Simply Air for a 2nd opinion. Walter attended the properties and reported the initial diagnosis was incorrect and promptly fixed the issue, which was on both occasions minor, and at a fraction of the price we were quoted for a non existent problem. I give Simply Air 5 stars for their ethical and honourable practices as not only have they saved us thousands they have given us piece of mind we have honest and reliable contractors who have their clients genuine interests at heart in an overwhelming line of work. Malcolm spent 10 hours non stop to install Daikin inverter split system yesterday. He is so precise, thoughtful, paying attention to every detail obviously takes pride in his work. Am very impressed and thankful that Rod sent him to do this job.Brenton replaced my gas ducted heater. He was great as he problem solved my gas piping as the previous installation was notdone properly.I would fully recommend Simply Air to anyone who needs heating n cooling as you'd be well looked after by Rod and his team.Thank you Rod, Malcolm n Brenton

When our central heater died i engaged a few different local groups to quote, but nobody measured up to the service on offer from Simplyair. Rod was incredibly responsive, quoted me on the unit i wanted (Braemar) with a fair price, communicated with me actively while planning for the install, and then everything was installed efficiently and successfully on the day. SimplyAir Installed 7 Units "Alira X" in my house recently.Rod from SimplyAir is very honest, supportive and professional. He has excellent knowledge about the cooling systems and helped me to choose the best option .All process from start to the end was easy.His installation team "Mark Ross and Nick "did great job. Mark and Nick installed these 7 units on new painted walls without any scratches on the walls. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave any dust after installation.I strongly recommend Rod and his team

Simply Air were fantastic. We live in an old house which made it tricky to have air con installed upstairs. We had another provider come and quote and then when I chased up their quote, said it was just too difficult. However Simply Air came and quoted, confirmed it was difficult but that it could be done. Nick and Ross installed and did a really great job, with a great eye for detail too - I can recognise craftsmanship when I see it. Can't recommend them highly enough.
