A great local business with great customer service. Rod is a fantastic and genuine business owner, who actually cares about his customers and their needs. I had already received some quotes to install 2 split system ACs, 1 for my sons bedroom and 1 for the living area. I knew that I wanted, from my own research, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries units. I already had one in the master bedroom and it is great. Made a phone call to SimplyAir, explained what I was after. Rod came within a few days to have a look at my homes layout and spent a fair bit of time with me explaining the different size of units for the areas I wanted them. He actually cares about making sure you get the right unit for your needs! One of the things that really impressed me was that, Rod CALLED me to say he was running a bit late and did it still suit me to come at the new time (u don’t get those calls very often from businesses/tradies very often) He arrived at the new time as planned. He looked at my other quotes and was able to almost match them, (he did recommend a larger unit for the family area.) Installation happened quite quickly, I would say around 2-3weeks from the first phone call to when the units were installed.
