Two and half years that we’ve had simplyAir heating & cooling installed in our house and have been very satisfied with the unit the company installed, starting before day one of the installation . I organise an appointment with Walter to come over , knows his business, knows what we needed and a more competitive price , in comparison with other similarly businesses. On the day of installing the unit , the guys were very professional , thorough and tidy and left when they were satisfied that we knew how too operate the unit. The team at Simplyair really do live up to their reputation. The service, professionalism and attention to detail is Superior to most companies we encountered within the industry. At the first point of contact we were greeted by Tamara in the Ringwood Showroom, where we were welcomed with a lovely smile and a genuine interest to assist us with our requirements. After a brief discussion Tamara suggested we schedule an obligation free quotation at our home so that Walter could discuss all of our options with us and be in a position to offer us an accurate quotation based on all aspects associated with the supply and installation of our heating & cooling systems. Walter was efficient, reliable and very informative. He offered a fantastic solution suit to all of our requirements and was very reasonable with his quotation. Within 3 weeks of the quotation our new Ducted Heating & Refrigerated Cooling System was installed by Carl, Chris and Euan who were thorough, polite and efficient. It has been almost 2 months since we had our heating & cooling installed & given Melbourne’s weather we have used both systems already. We thought we have a problem with getting water from our premises to the air con unit on the roof, but to their credit they nutted it out in a very effective way which would not detract in the appearance of our property. Thank you SimplyAir! Walter was great to work with. Pricing was good. All our requirements were met. The installers were very hard working and did a great job. They were able to remove our old gas unit one week and install the new RC system the following week allowing time for our builder to patch the brickwork. They installed the fan unit and refrigerant piping under the house in a way that allowed the access space we wanted. They even accommodated our additional request to disconnect the gas line to our BBQ. The system works well. We highly recommend SimplyAir.

A great local business with great customer service. Rod is a fantastic and genuine business owner, who actually cares about his customers and their needs. I had already received some quotes to install 2 split system ACs, 1 for my sons bedroom and 1 for the living area. I knew that I wanted, from my own research, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries units. I already had one in the master bedroom and it is great. Made a phone call to SimplyAir, explained what I was after. Rod came within a few days to have a look at my homes layout and spent a fair bit of time with me explaining the different size of units for the areas I wanted them. He actually cares about making sure you get the right unit for your needs! One of the things that really impressed me was that, Rod CALLED me to say he was running a bit late and did it still suit me to come at the new time (u don’t get those calls very often from businesses/tradies very often) He arrived at the new time as planned. He looked at my other quotes and was able to almost match them, (he did recommend a larger unit for the family area.) Installation happened quite quickly, I would say around 2-3weeks from the first phone call to when the units were installed.

When I talked to Walter asking for details of the cooling system. I have decide to go with this company. Walter was very patient and talked to me for a round 10 minutes explaining their job although he was very busy. After I signed the contract, I had the air-con installed in one week. The three boys who installed the A/C was very on time and hard working. I am very happy with their services and competitive price. Will recommend them to my friends in the future.

Recently installed the Breezair Supercool Evaporative Cooling unit with Walter and his team and we’ve been so impressed with the service provided as well as how effective the cooling unit is. Starting from the quote process to the after sales support, Walter has really looked after us and he was very accommodating to our requests. He is also very informative, honest and reliable. He even called us to check out how everything was going after the unit was installed and he made sure that we are comfortable with operating the unit. The installation was done in a timely manner and the installers cleaned up afterwards. Price is very competitive compared to the other 3 quotes I had. The cooling unit itself has performed better than I expected during some hot days. Can’t thank them enough and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have brought 3 slit systems one 2.5 kw , 5 kw and one 7 kw and they are all fantastic all cool the areas down real quickly and are so quiet. I had Simply Air come recently to quote on air conditioning and was very pleased with their service. I had one 7.1kw and 3×2.5kw Daikins installed for just shy of $10K which seemed a very reasonable quote to me. Despite the crazy heat wave in Melbourne, they were able to install within a week of quoting for me and I was very pleasantly surprised to see a woman arrive to install. Would absolutely recommend.

In May/June 2013 SimplyAir installed a heating/A.C. unit on the ground floor and a split system upstairs. We found them to be extremely professional to deal with re: the right system options for our situation, sympathetic to the aesthetics, open and transparent with costings/variations. The installation was carried out by skilled tradesmen who’s work ethic was to see solutions not just problems and communicated any unforeseen variations for discussion/approval prior to undertaking the job, they worked efficiently and left the site clean. Mid January ’14 when the ducted A/C failed to function a phone call at 8:30am to Walter Albertini received an immediate response, Walter came out to investigate, identified the problem and had it running by 11:30am, all on 44 day during what must be a very busy time for he and the team. The installers were even good enough to hide the wires in our garage without any extra hassle, as well as sort out minor electrical problems discovered during the job. Previously we had two evaporative coolings installed by Simply Air, one at my parents and the other at our investment property. Impressed with their service, so when moving to a new site, we asked them to do heating and cooling for us again. It was a big task to lay new ducts and install the heating for our 4 bedroom house given very little underground space. The three installers did a really good job. They arrived early in the morning and worked tiredless for 8 and a half hours! We cannot be happier with their work. We will definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.
